Toronto developer DrinkBox Studios released a pre-E3 update yesterday for their side-scrolling absorption focused title, Tales from Space: About a Blob.

The studio’s first original console release will be coming to the PlayStation Network this year and is putting in an appearance at Sony’s E3 booth next week. Any game that promises “your tele-vision apparatus will explode with terror” is worth checking out, in my humble opinion.

DrinkBox made the trailer and news available via their website for the game, as well as the PlayStation Blog – where they totally named dropped working with Capybara on Clash of Heroes HD, yet another Toronto made game to get excited about immediately if you haven’t already.
