Just kidding – Destroyman should be a pretty interesting HD battle though, between all the crazy attacks and the being cut in half.

Well, look at that! I’m sure Ujn will be trilled to get a shot at winning one of the books since his import didn’t include one.

As for my entry, my favorite assassin fight to replay in HD will be Badgirl. Love the song for that fight and I guess the crazy voice inside my head is telling me I love how she keeps smashing the S&M clad meat provided to her from the conveyor belt.

man i haven’t played in so long I forgot who the bosses were, but after watching the video I remembered she was definitely my favourite story-wise.

I wonder if this will ever become cheap enough for me to get on PS3. I still have gamecube and GBA games on my shopping list (need Metroid Zero Mission) but if this ever dips below $20 I’d like to see how this controls without a remote.

I’m looking forward to fighting Henry again. That last battle was epic and seeing their immortally frozen image (until the sequel) in high def at the end would rock the world.

The Holly Summers fight in HD would look so good. Even better would be the scene beforehand with Sylvia where shes lying down in a bikini. ^_^

If the HD version ever get out here, I would love to replay the Dr. Peace battle in shiny HD graphics. I’m sure his mustache would look good on a big screen.

It’s kinda hard to choose one favorite but i’ll pick Holly Summers for some reasons.
Firstly because her rank fight was the only that still gave me trouble in my second play trough, then ’cause she has easily the most shocking death sequence in the whole franchise.
And beyond that, she already wore a bikini, so i guess Super Sweet mode must be even sweeter with her. :D

Harvey Moiseiwitsch Volodarskii. Probably the most clever battle of the game (Fighting a magician on stage while fending off magic trick based attacks? Love it). Plus, the lead up to that includes the Gastonberry SHMUP game, which is a fantastic diversion.
Only problem: a friend of mine imported the 360 version. The load times are terrible. Like, Sonic 360 level terrible. *sigh*

I’d have to say Holly Summer. She was the only hit that really made you feel that these were people and not just mindless killers.

Shinobu is my favorite, definitely.

Oops, forgot to say why. She just struck me as the most interesting character in the game.

I’m looking forward to the fight with Harvey Moiseiwitsch Volodarskii. A lot went on during the fight (birds, stage lighting, poofing, level inverting) and the music was really fun. Looking forward to the magic of HD~ (Bad puns won’t disqualify me, right? … Right?)

ugh. reading all these posts makes me want to play again but i have a backlog and I already promised Sands of Time would be my first repeat followed by Metroid Prime. So giddy I am.

Dr. Peace has to be a favorite in my book. Something about “putting down Old Yeller” seems almost poetic to me, however the same can’t be said of his choice of music. Aside from hearing “The Virgin Child Makes Her Wish” in HD audio, I can’t wait replay this battle.

Wasn’t sure if I entered this one or not, but what the hey I’ll give it a go!

Definitely Bad Girl. That battle was a lot of fun, and she’s one of my favorite boss battles in any current generation game.

I’m looking forward to all the battles, because I don’t own a Wii and never experienced the originals.

Hope NMH-HD comes to America. I’d love to be able to fight Bad Girl again. Awesome music, awesome mechanics during the fight (playing some baseball using the enemies as the ball), and Bad Girl was just crazy in general.
