Sega Europe has gifted us with a teasing bit of video for the game, headed to XBLA and PSN under the always agonizing timeframe of sometime “later this year.” Screens have already been floating around the net, but watching the title in motion helps drive home just how gorgeous and fluid the game is.

After Burner represents the game part of videogame in the best possible sense, allowing me to just shut up and play a game – which admittedly makes for poor posting but also allows me to say strange things about my hands smiling.

Word is that even Hideki Kamiya can’t wait to play it.
