If you haven’t already caught the news, Nintendo is using Flipnotes to promote the release of Spirit Tracks, complete with a special page and the promise of additional Flipnotes from Aardman Studios and Spirit Tracks producer Eiji Aonuma to come.

The first of these, called Sneaking for Treasure, caught my eye because of the way the facial expressions and reactions capture exactly what stands out for me about the continuing adventures of a cellshaded Link. And yes, it’s also cute.
